Our Crew

Another major factor that makes Color 3 Embroidery what it is…our people. We all carry an extraordinary sense of pride in what we do, and what we have built.

Color 3’s employees come from all industries, backgrounds, and experience levels.  Our differences make us stronger.  We are able to seize opportunities with fresh eyes, look for ways to increase productivity and profitability, and search for new ways to out-do our own high standards.

One of the things that we all have in common is the belief in our Core Values.  One of which is Work Hard, Play Hard.  We work as a team at all times and help others as needed in the best interest of our company and clients.  Change is constant and is expected.  Bringing a sense of humor to work is just as important as bringing your lunch.  We have a unique environment here at Color 3.  Even at our busiest times, we like to have a little fun.  Working in a fun, positive environment makes work feel a little less like work.

So, we started our own Core Values Crew! The Core Values Crew keeps Color 3 on point by rewarding those who exhibit Color 3’s Core Values!  The crew is made up of one person from each department and they’re in charge of pot lucks, Halloween & Holiday parties, the occasional happy hour get together and socials!
