Traci Miller

President/CEO • Color 3's Fearless Leader

Traci Miller is passion, dedication, and business acumen crammed into a tiny package. Her bubbly personality and contagious enthusiasm may come across more as cheerleader than shrewd business woman, but don't let that fool you. She started Color 3 based on a bad service experience and has dedicated the last 16 years to building the company around unparalleled customer service, integrity, and using her enthusiasm to inspire her staff to go the extra mile.

The name comes from the company's modest start—Traci and her parents on their back porch with one tiny machine. Although her parents have retired, her dad still comes around when necessary with his "MacGyver" skills.

While her commitment to Color 3 is a big part of her life, Traci also enjoys spending time with her best friend, to whom she's married, riding her Harley for therapy, and spoiling her many nieces and nephews. She's highly committed to and involved in her community as well.

Traci has a BS in Business Management and recently completed the e200 Emerging Leaders Executive MBA Program with the SBA. She has also received many accolades such as Mahoning Valley Professionals 40 under 40 honoree 2008, Athena Award honoree 2007, Youngstown Business and Professional Women's Group (YBPW) Woman of the Year 2011. She currently is board president for the Warren YWCA, served as president of YBPW, and serves on the Children's Rehabilitation Center board.
