At Color 3, we have a triple-check system of accuracy from inspecting garments to match your purchase order, creating a barcode, and finally personally evaluating finished garments piece-by-piece before your order ships.
Our barcode-scanning system allows us to track your order through every step of production. Call and check, we will give you your order’s up-to-the-minute status.
Our system ensures your customers receive exactly what they order, exactly when they want it, but what if your customer decides they need it three days earlier than the original due date? No worries. We’re flexible. We’ll work with you. We’re in the business of exceeding expectations and making you invaluable to your customers.

We are here for you every step of the way! Once we receive your PO via email, we’ll enter your request and garments into our system. Once the embroidery or screen print department receives your artwork, they will email you a proof for approval prior to production. When the order is approved, you will receive a Sales Order Acknowledgement via email with the garments and quantities listed along with a picture of the design.
Our receiving department will check in the garments against your PO to ensure the styles and sizes of garments we receive match your PO. You’ll get an email notification as soon as the garments are checked in, so that you know your order is on track. After your order is embroidered or printed, it goes to the finishing department for trimming, steaming, folding, bagging and packaging. Finally, when your order is complete, you will receive an email notification for pickup or it will give you the ship date and tracking number(s) for your order.
